This is a very pretty pure silk print blouse from the 1940's or 1950's.   The label is from Joan Kenley.  The print has turquoise, brown and black tumbling rings, with a dagger collar, kimono sleeves and small shoulder pads.  This blouse buttons down the back.  There are released darts to nip in the waist.  This blouse is unworn, but the tag is gone.   Comes from a smoke free home.
