Computer Generated Grading Certificates

The computer-generated grading certificates when present, are created by placing a 600 dpi scan of the stamp into the program. The program automatically calculates, and displays on the certificate

• 1.        Number of perforations per 2 cm
• 2.       PSE centring grade for the frame relative to the perforations
• 3.       Size of the frame

No account is taken in the grading of faults or appearance.
