All our products are inclusive of a full refund or exchange within 30 days upon shipment from out warehouse. Please report any errors within 24 hrs of receiving product. All returned product MUST be approved prior to return, otherwise product may not be accepted at the warehouse and may be considered lost. ALL Returns must be delivered to our Canadian warehouse. If you are not satisfied with our product, return it un-used in the original packaging and we will credit your entire purchase, except shipping.
