You are looking at a used auto headlight switch with fog lights from a 2013 Ford F-150. This switch should fit 2009-2014 Ford F-150 and 2011-2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 trucks. This will only fit the years above and will not fit any other year trucks,  the wire plugs are not the same. It WILL NOT fit any other year trucks, see pictures and part numbers to make sure your is the same as this one. There is one broken clip on the back, see pictures. All switches worked when removed.
