RETURN/WRONG ITEM/DAMAGE POLICY

Due to the sensitive nature of shipping and handling photos, all sales are final.  We will replace any wrong item received or damaged item immediately, at no additional cost to you.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, you do not have to return the item.  Please contact us directly through the item order page, under "Contact seller", "General Question".  Submitting your claim through "general question", will expedite the replacement process.

DAMAGED ITEM CLAIMS:

We will replace any damaged items quickly and at no additional cost to you.  You do not have to spend extra time, repacking & return shipping...we take care of everything for you.

Please submit any damaged item claim through your order page under "contact seller" then "general question".  Please submit the following with damage claims:  1) Clear picture of the shipping label  2) Clear pictures of the outside damaged packaging  3) Clear pictures of the damaged item.

We will quickly review your damage or wrong item claim and get back to you right away with full information on your replacement item, including new shipping & tracking details.  Tracking details for your replacement item will be added to your original order page.  Replacement items are normally shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.
