Make sure you measure first to figure out how long of a bolt you need.

Some people like to add epoxy or glue to ensure they never go anywhere.

If you know what your doing you sure can use some glue to keep them in place forever.

I don't use glue and never had to.

Be sure to drill your hole deep enough to accept any extra threads that go past the insert.
