black stretch Slim cropped pants Women's 12 / 31 SUPER COMFY!.   They are super soft and comfortable on. They have an elastic waistband. They have a good stretch and will keep everything together. They are still in great conditions without much wear or any tears as it's only been worn a handful of times! I am not sure of the make of these. I cut off the tag due to itchness.
