    Make sure your door size meets the installation specifications:

    • The backset is either 2-3/8"or 2-3/4" (60 or 70 mm)
    • The hole in the door edge is 1" (25mm)
    • The thickness of th door is between1 - 3/8" to 2" (35 mm to 50 mm)

    Double Shooting About Installation

    • Q1: Why does latch bolt stretch jam, not smooth?
    • A1-1:The latch bolt installation is not horizontal. Please re-install it.
    • A1-2：Panel installation is not vertical. Please loosen the front and rear panel threading screws, re-adjust the position and lock the screws.
    • Q2: Why is the latch bolt not extended or retracted properly?
    • A2: Because the key was not removed during installation. Remove the key and re-install it.
    • Q3: The latch bolt can be extended normally, but why cannot the door be locked?
    • A3: Because of the door sill on the grommet and the locking dislocation. Please re-install the door sill on the grommet so that the locking can be properly inserted into the grommet hole.
    • Q4: Why is my smart deadbolt in the wrong direction of the switch lock?
    • A4: The smart deadbolt left and right direction self-learning error. You can remove the battery, re-install it once and switch the lock on and off again. Re-adapt the left and right directions.
    • Q5: I forgot my programming password, what can I do?
    • A5: Press and hold the set button for 5 seconds to restore factory settings. Initial programming password:123456.
