The superb Corgi (Vanguards) 1/43  diecast set of a 1980 Ford Capri Mk3 3.0S, in Solar Gold, & a 1980 Ford Granada 2.8i Ghia Automatic in Midnight Blue, both featured in 1980's episodes of the classic TV series "The Professionals". The Capri was driven by Doyle & the Granada by Cowley.

The set has been commissioned from Corgi by Tony Buller of "Professionalmania", in an edition of only 750 individually numbered certificated pieces. (Please note that the certificate in the photo is just a example for illustration purposes)

Tony is a world renowned expert on The Professionals, & these models are as faithful to the real cars as they possibly could be. Notably, he paid Corgi to develop new tooling for the authentic alloy wheels seen on this Capri, & his previous issue of Bodie's silver Mk3 3.0s!

Due to licencing issues the words "The Professionals" won't be found on the model box, but Tony has the rights to all the other design elements, so we're not in any doubt exactly whose cars these are!

The Capri measures 4" (102mm) in length, & the Granada 4 1/4" (117mm).

The set (CP91990) is packaged in a card window box with Professionalmania , CI5 & silhouette graphics.

 The models come in a 2-piece vac-form shell to ensure safe delivery, but screws & brackets are provided so they can also be affixed to the card display base. if desired
