This is very desirable & sought after TY Beanie Baby. It has PVC Pellets & the all CAPS error. The name inside the hang tag is written in All CAPS. There is no stamp on the inside of the tush tag. Tush tag is dated 1996. The material of the Beanie is clean and mint. The Hang tag is mint (although it is cut a bit off. You can see the gold border is not even all the way around).
