A wonderful plant to have on hand in the garden !

The milky sap can be applied to sunspots for 2-4 days. You do not need a lot of the sap just a drop on the area to be treated. 

The site will fester and be quite unsightly, followed by a scab, then fresh pink skin. 

There are several things you can apply during the healing like aloe, calendula cream, something moist and healing.

This self seeds profusely.. I am in SE qld and I grow it mostly in a shade house and it does better up here in the cooler months.

Further south will do well through summer and can be grown in the full sun.

This grows into a small multi branched plant, and you barely notice the flowers or seeds ...you spot all the small new plants. like i did today, they pot up really easily and don't seem to get stressed by the move. 

If you live in a unit, or renting, I would put it in a large pot so that the seeds drop back into the pot, pop it off to the side of something else, if you want, it wont interfere, but put it with something that isnt going to spread sideways and cover the soil..

else pot them into the garden and let them grow and multiply until you need them, great to pot up then and share.. it does love to self seed but not a problem plant.

To use, just pinch a fresh (preferably young) shoot off and dab the small dot onto the spot you wish to treat. 

We have found that spot often gets itchy and that reminds us to do it again.
