Description:

Choose between clear or white high-performance silicone sealant, perfect for a range of sealing applications. This versatile sealant delivers a durable, flexible, and waterproof seal that cures quickly, making it ideal for both sanitary and general use.

Applications:

• Sanitary & Bathroom: Ideal for sealing around baths, sinks, showers, and basins.
• Building & Glass: Perfect for glass-to-glass, glass-to-aluminum, and glass-to-metal sealing.
• Frames & Guttering: Suitable for sealing metal, timber, and PVCu frames, as well as aluminum and plastic gutters.
• Industrial & Household: Effective for refrigeration, hygiene seals, and as an adhesive for fixing PVCu trims and cladding.

Application Instructions:

1. Apply with a standard sealant gun.
2. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and sound.
3. For deep joints, use expanding foam to reduce depth to approximately 50% of the width.
4. Tool down within 15 minutes using a sealant smoothing tool or a wetted spatula/finger.

Important Notes:

• Not for Use On: Concrete, lead, double glazed units, aquaria, bitumen, or asphalt. Avoid using for perimeter pointing of PVCu frames.
• Non-Paintable: This sealant cannot be overpainted; any painting should be done before application.
• Health & Safety: Contains 4,5-dichloro-2-octyl-4-isothiazolonin-3-one which may cause allergic reactions or skin dryness. Use gloves and keep out of reach of children.
