Before requesting a return for faulty machines, please contact us first. Your machines are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, and we're here to assist you throughout the process. If your machine is damaged upon arrival, let us know within one week, and we'll cover the shipping costs to the nearest US-based repair center. Your satisfaction and the performance of your mining equipment are our top priorities.
To ensure you receive a genuinely brand-new machine with the fullest warranty coverage, we exclusively ship our machines directly from the manufacturer to you. Most of our products will show shipping from Hong Kong.
