I have for sale a new Honeywell CW200A "Winter Watchman" unit. This item does the following while you are away from home:
- Turns light (lamp) on when temperature drops inside the home based on user-set setting on dial
- Alerts neighbors to possible freezing pipe conditons
- Plugs into any wall outlet
- Lamp plugs into top of unit and will be turned on when temperature falls below user-set setting
