Imperfections: Due to the nature of 3D printing, there may be minor imperfections on the item. This won't affect it whatsoever, it's just slightly noticeable up close.
Dispatch Times: While it usually takes around 4 days to get an item printed and dispatched, it may take longer in certain cases (such as Christmas) so if it is longer than usual, that's why.
