This is a beautiful velvet green dress. It is handmade and overall in good condition. The hem has been taken up due to a tear. It is sewn and patched so it shouldn't be an issue. This dress has a wide neck and long sleeves. It is an incredible dress! The color appears darker in photos. It is a beautiful and rich green in person.
