This listing is for the Large Universal Waffle Grate, suitable for most multi-fuel and wood-burning stoves including Hunter, Esse Dragon, Kingfire, Bestfire, Warmking, Sunrain, and more. The cast iron waffle grate is modular and can be trimmed to fit your stove using basic DIY tools. 

Please note: this listing is for the grate only – it does not include legs or a retaining bar. We do not offer any cutting services – the grate must be modified by the buyer or by a local engineering shop if you don’t have the tools.

Small waffle grate – maximum overall size 300mm x 300mm x 90mm high
Large waffle grate – maximum overall size 457mm x 300mm x 90mm high

HELPFUL INFORMATION: Please make sure you ALWAYS season/cure new cast iron parts as you would with a new stove. For best lifespan, NEVER burn wood and coal together. Burn wood on a bed of ash (use a metal plate on top of the grate if it isn’t removable) and coal/smokeless fuel on a grate with clear air space above ashes. Empty ash pans daily and don’t allow ashes to bank up. Coal grates, baffles, and lining panels are classed as consumable spare parts.
