Piston gasket Diana-35
These seals were manufactured
in Poland according to Serwis Wiatrowy's design.
They distinguish themselves
from their original counterparts by their precision craftsmanship and
the use of significantly superior materials – high-quality, self-lubricating
polymers. The seals are often made from a material harder than the
original.
They are produced in small
batches to avoid so-called "stock aging,"
which ensures they maintain their optimal parameters, strength, and durability.
External diameter: 28,2mm, height: 7mm.
The product is packaged in
transparent wrapping, allowing for inspection prior to installation.
For mounting the seal, an M5 screw (button head, ISO 7380) must be used. Tightening the mounting screw (clamping force) must not cause deformation of the seal's profile. Threadlocker should be applied to the mounting screw. The tightened seal must not have any play, but it should be able to rotate around its own axis with slight resistance.
