Motion Sensor Covered Troubleshoot:
Featuring a 44mm face width, the frame may interfere with the TV's motion sensor.
If you see that your TV turns off, you need to make some adjustments to your TV, due to the frame being over the sensors.
If TV turns off when in Art Mode, then you will need to turn off the Night Mode from the Sleep Options Menu.
If TV turns off when in TV Mode, then you need to disable the Screen Saver and Auto Power Off options from the Power and Enegy Savings Menu
The motion sensor will have to be turn on manual as it will be covered by the frame. (The actual sensor is all around the TV, at the back and, in some cases, where the frame is thicker than the TV, this will be covered)
The IR sensor for the larger remote control would work by bouncing off the wall behind it.
Again this depends case by case of the frame thickness and how close is the TV to the wall.
If you have a very wide frame, then we would recommend adding an Infrared Extension Kit.
The bluetooth remote control and the control from the Smart Things App is not affected by the frame
