EXCELLENT  Condition with Immaculate detail.   This does not have the maker name on it but is stamped with #3630.  I believe it to be REPOUSSE SILVER PLATE.   It is an Oval Serving Tray or Bread Plate.    This measures approx. 13" x 7".     Please look at all the photos.
