I am a former Lilla Rose Stylist selling off the remainder of my inventory. The pieces are all new and unused, but not all come with the original packaging as they were kept in a display case. Lilla Rose was originally called Flexi8, so the functionality and design is the same. Items are shipping from my pet friendly, smoke free home. 

Due to the nature of this item, returns will not be accepted.
