Combined Shipping
We offer combined shipping on multiple item orders and items from multiple listings from our store. Please use eBay's Cart feature to take advantage of combined shipping. By using the Cart feature, eBay will automatically combine the shipping for you. In order to get combined shipping, you must have all your items on one order. Placing separate orders will result in shipping charges on both orders.

Shipping
All items are shipped from Lincoln, Nebraska. We have an experienced Shipping Department that operates from Monday through Friday. Our goal is to ship all eBay orders within 2 business days after payment clears. Most orders placed during the week are shipped within 1 business day. We will send shipping notification when your order has shipped. If your payment has cleared and you do not get a shipping notification within 2 business days please let us know. We use the following shipping methods for our eBay orders: UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail
We will ship to the address you have on record with ebay.
 

Payment is due at the time of purchase.

For your protection we only accept PayPal.

Taxes may be applicable.

If you receive a product from us and are not satisfied or the item is not suitable for your application, you can return it within 30 Days, as long as the item has not been installed or modified and it is in the original manufacturers condition.

A refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. All returns must be shipped back at the buyers expense with all original parts, manuals and accessories.

We do not accept COD shipments.

If a product is defective within the warranty period please contact us immediately so we may assist you.

All returns must have a Return Authorization number written on the box. Message us through ebay to obtain an authorization and shipping instructions.

Surplus Center has been in business since 1933. We buy large quantities of manufacturer's surplus or excess stock. Surplus inventory is usually due to manufacturers design changes, business closings or inventory adjustments. Often these are priced at only a fraction of normal cost. We sell Pneumatics (AIR), Electrical, Engines/Automotive, Hydraulics, Power Trans, Water Pumps, Wheels/Casters. Our surplus products come from manufacturer overstocks, design changes or corporate auctions. Quantities of surplus items are limited; once we sell out we cannot order more. We support all of our surplus items with a 90 day warranty.

We use the following product classifications to describe our items:

New - Excess inventory that is new and unused.

New Takeoffs - Removed from UNUSED machinery.

Used - Equipment that was in use when we bought it. These items are in good working condition.

Brand New Products - In addition to our surplus items, we also stock products from major manufacturers to keep the products that you need on hand. We classify these products as Brand New. They include the manufacturer's warranty.
