Handling Time / Lead Time To Ship Orders:

Due to the global supply chain, staffing, and shipping issues, we show extended handling times on many of our items, even though they are in stock and ready to ship. Items that generally ship in one business day are now shipping in three business days or longer.

3-Day Handling Time - Generally ships within three business days, but may take longer. If you need your item more quickly, you can upgrade at checkout for a faster shipping option. Please note selecting expedited shipping does not reduce handling time.

14-Day Handling Time - Generally indicates we only have very limited inventory of the part number. The extended handling time allows us to restock the part if it does sell out. 28-Day Handling Time - Generally indicates there is one part available, and it may sell out. The extended handling time allows us to restock the part if it does sell out. What to expect:

Expect us to be here to answer any questions that you may have from the time you place your order until its delivered. USPS continues to have issues with slow deliveries. Unless you select expedited shipping at checkout, most of our packages ship with USPS. We recommend choosing expedited shipping options that are available at checkout.

If you select two-day air on a package, that package will ship with UPS or FedEx. If you select anything less than two-day air, we choose the carrier based on the package's weight and dimensions. The package will most likely ship with USPS.

Cancellations Requests:

Please remember that this is only a request. Due to limited staffing, we cannot cancel orders unless we are having problems sourcing your part that you ordered. If we are having problems with your order, we will cancel it ourselves or contact you with more options. All customers have a 30-minute window after they place an order to cancel an order themselves.

We are located in the north part of Chicago at 2023 W Fullerton Ave and have been in business for over 75 years. We have grown from a small appliance parts supplier to a 1 stop shop carrying all of your part needs. While we do not have too many policies we do have a few important ones, please read below to understand our policies.

Payments:

We only accept payment through eBays managed payments system. You may use a credit card and or paypal to checkout. Immediate payment is required for all purchases through our store.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax for orders being shipped to Illinois. Tax collection is based on the address where your order is being shipped. Illinois requires a tax on both the product and shipping. This is REQUIRED by law.

Shipping:

Almost all of our parts and supplies ship USPS, UPS, and FEDEX. Almost all OEM Products ship in 1-3 days, and NON-OEM in 10-14 days - See current policy above for more accurate ship times. In some special cases items have extended handling times for shipping. These extended handling times will be listed at the top of the auction directly below the price of the item. It is always a good idea to ask questions, especially if the item you are looking for is hard to find or discontinued. All of our items have a variety of economy shipping options that usually takes 2-9 days to get delivered. We do offer faster service for those who need it. We offer upgrades for USPS Priority, 3 Day (UPS or Fedex), 2 Day (UPS or Fedex) and Next Day -1 Day Service. If you are paying for upgraded shipping, please note we have cut off time of 12 o’clock PM central time. Orders placed after 12 o'clock PM central time will be shipped the next business day, unless arrangements are made with our shipping department. If there are any problems filling your order in a timely fashion we will contact you ASAP and provide the details. If you are unsure on which delivery option is best for you, PLEASE CONTACT US before placing your order so we can talk through the delivery options. Please note that we only ship Monday-Friday and are usually closed on holidays. If you need an order delivered on a weekend please contact our office to see if it is possible. Additionally all orders placed the weekend will not ship until the following Monday, because we are CLOSED on weekends.

Returns:

Our return policy is very clear. We do not accept returns at this time.

It is our company’s policy to make sure you are happy with your order. We pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service which is why we have been in business for over 75 years. If there is anything at all you are not happy with PLEASE CONTACT US via an eBay message and we will make it right. Sometimes things break during shipping or don't show up on time, we understand this is frustrating and will do everything we can to get the problem resolved as fast as possible. If your item arrived damaged or broken you must contact us within 2 business days of delivery. The best way to contact us is through eBay's messaging system. We will respond within a couple of hours at the most and provide a contact phone number if the problem is complex and we need to talk to you. Likewise, if you have any questions at all prior placing your order please contact us and we will answer any questions you have regarding product selection, shipping, returns, etc...
