We also close between Christmas and New Year, you may still order but your items will not be despatched until we return.
The free postage option is usually second class mail.
Royal Mail specify 3 working days for delivery but we have found that this can be up to week.
If your order is urgent then please use another postage option.
We can provide proof of posting if there is an issue but please do not penalise us via feedback or star scores if your order does not arrive as quickly as you expect with the the free postage option.
