Please note that there are currently three models of G733 earphones:
First generation (until 2023): Headphone P/N examples: 881-000385, 881-000390, etc.
Second generation (starting from 2023): Headphone P/N examples: 881-000613, 881-000615, etc.
Third generation (starting from the end of 2024): Headphone P/N: black 881-000703, white 881-000705 (possibly other).
Please remove the earmuffs, carefully check the P/N code of the headphones, and let me know
This receiver is only compatible with G733 first generation headphones
When you receive the receiver, you must pair the receiver to your Device.
If you don't know how to pair,please ask customer service!
