In actual practice, there is about a 30% chance that the package will pass without any customs duties. Usually, the customs fee ranges from USD 20 to USD 100 (depending on luck).
If a high customs duty occurs (over USD 100), I am willing to share the loss and pay half of the amount exceeding USD 100. Please sign for the package first, and once you provide the official receipt, I will refund half of the customs fee directly to you.
For example, if the customs duty is USD 180, I will refund USD 90 to you, and you would cover the remaining USD 90.
