This gorgeous colorful paperweight has 3 flowers in the middle in red, orange and pink. They are above a green mound with controlled bubbles all around it, and on the base, around the bottom there is a red ruffled ribbon effect (see photos).  The entire paperweight is faceted and comes to a point at the top (see photos).  
There are no maker marks on the bottom or stickers to attribute it to a maker.

This piece measures almost 3.75 inches tall.

There are some minor chips on the bottom facets (see photos), there are also scratches on the bottom, and a few on the main facets (see photos).
