The item is the Hero Quest Return of the Witch Lord Quest Pack, Milton Bradley, 1989.  The set includes the Box, 16 Monsters (4 Mummies, 4 Zombies, 8 Skeletons), 2 Floorplans, 10 Artifacts, 4 Tombs, 6 Blocked Squares, Death Fog, 2 Pits Counters, 4 Secret Door Counters.  The box has some wear and minor damage.  The lower left corner of the lid is split and the upper right corner is split part way up.  Everything else is in excellent condition.  The Quest book is missing.
