Shipping Details -
Once the cleared payment is received, orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Shipping Services: Economy Shipping outside US ? Normally we ship our products via India Post / Bombino Registered Airmail Services; they deliver the items within 10-20 working days for US & UK & for the rest of the world it takes 2-4 weeks based on the country?s custom.
Customs Policy: The Buyer needs to pay Customs Clearance/ Customs charges (if any).
The Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost (if any).
Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are excluded in the item price. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Prior to bidding or buying, please check with your local customs authority to determine these additional costs. The delivering freight (shipping) company collects these charges when you pick up your parcel.
Please ensure that there is someone available to receive the parcel on your address of delivery. If there is no one available to receive the parcel at the time of delivery; the postal/courier service will leave a note at your home and you will have to pick up the parcel from the post office yourself by providing the registration number and proof of your identity. If the parcel is not picked up after the time period, it may be returned back to us as unclaimed.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days.
Refund or Exchange will be made only after we receive the faulty item. If the item(s) are mishandled, physically damaged or distorted in any form other than the original factory condition refund/exchange will be cancelled. Please note that all faulty items must be reported to us within 7 days from the date of receipt.
