The Nylon patch lock screw, also known as a self-locking or resilient screw, operates on the principle of utilizing a special engineering resin material with rebound properties.  Through a specific processing method, this resin is applied to the screw thread surface.  During the tightening process, the compressed resin generates a strong friction force, increasing the friction between screw threads.  This, in turn, provides absolute resistance to vibration and impact, effectively preventing loosening of the screw.

Likewise, our L-shaped brackets are secured using these durable lock screws, providing dual protection against bracket breakage.

  1. Confirm Vehicle Model and Tube Type: Remind customers to check whether their vehicle has a round tube or an irregular-shaped tube.

  2. Choose and Clean the Installation Location: Select the desired mounting spot and clean the surface thoroughly.

  5. Mount the Light:
