How to Use

  • Niacinamide Serum can be used in your AM & PM skincare routine.
  • After cleansing and hydrating with Hyaluronic Acid Serum, gently pat a pea-sized amount of Niacinamide into face and neck and follow with your preferred moisturiser.
  • Apply SPF as the last step in your AM skincare routine.

INKEY Tip:

  • When layering treatments, we suggest working from thinnest to thickest consistency. Waiting a minute or so between applying each treatment will also help to avoid pilling.
  • If you have more sensitive skin, use Niacinamide Serum before Retinol Serum to help decrease irritation.

When adding new products to your skincare routine, we always recommend patch testing. 

We do not recommend pairing this with a higher % Vitamin C or exfoliating acids (AHAs, BHAs or PHAs) however it can be used with our 15% Vitamin C + EGF.
To keep your product working at its best, we recommend storing in a dry, cool place (ideally between 59-77 °F) and keep out of direct sunlight. Avoid direct contact with eyes. External use only. Keep out of reach of children.

IS IT BETTER TO USE THIS AM OR PM? Niacinamide Serum is suitable for both AM and PM use.

CAN I LAYER IT WITH OTHER ACTIVE INGREDIENTS? Yes, but be careful using with high percentage Vitamin C such as our 30% Vitamin C and exfoliating acids like AHA, Glycolic Acid, Lactic Acid, Mandelic Acid or Apple Cider Vinegar. However, it is safe to use with our Vitamin C 15% and EGF. 

IS THIS NIACINAMIDE SERUM SUITABLE FOR USE WITH RETINOL? Yes, these products work well together. In fact, using Niacinamide Serum before Retinol can help decrease irritation.

CAN THOSE WITH DRY DKIN USE THIS TOO? Yes, Niacinamide Serum is suitable for both oily and dry skin types as it helps with sebum regulation.

WHAT'S THE % OF NIACINAMIDE? The product contains 10% Niacinamide

SHOULD I USE THIS NIACINAMIDE SERUM OR EXCESS OIL SOLUTION WITH 20% NIACINAMIDE? Excess Oil Solution with 20% Niacinamide is a specialized treatment that has been formulated for people who have excess oil, all over the face rather than just in the t-zone, causing oil related concerns such as enlarged, visible pores and textured skin. For for those who have combination skin or t-zone oiliness, or do not have active acne or breakouts, we suggest using our 10% Niacinamide Serum.

WHAT IS THE PH LEVEL OF THIS PRODUCT? PH LEVEL: 6.09.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SEE RESULTS? Products can take up to six weeks to show full results, due to the time it takes for your skin cells to turnover and the results of any products to reach the surface. Consistency is key, so apply regularly even if you’re not seeing the effects straight away. It can be very tempting to increase use of some products to try and see quicker results, don't overdo it though. More is not necessarily more, and overuse can cause irritation and sensitivity.

WHY IS THIS NOT VEGAN? This is because one of the ingredients in this Niacinamide Serum is derived from Egg.

IS THE SQUALANE IN THIS PRODUCT ANIMAL DERIVED? No, the squalane in Niacinamide Serum 30ml is plant derived.
