We sell only new items. Items come factory sealed. These items come with full manufacturer's warranties. We offer a 3-day return privilege. We will accept returns under special circumstances. We will refund the purchase price (less shipping & handling) when you return the item to us. Returned items must be in the original, unopened package so that we can re-sell it. No returns on books, patterns, metals and chemicals.
