2. Message us attach your photo by clicking "Attach photos" button above/below the message box.(To ensure the best results, we recommend providing an upper body photo. *Does not support engraving of text)

3. We will professionally optimize your photos for free.

4. 3D defaults to remove the background, 2D defaults to the photo you sent (with the background), the picture will be scaled to fit the crystal's size

5. We ship within 4 business days of payment, usually sooner.
