Please note:
Alpha wireless earphones are divided into 1st generation and 2nd generation

• Usually, products with a manufacturing date before 2024 are the first generation products
• Products with a manufacturing date after 2024 are second-generation products

If your wireless earphones are a second-generation new product, please follow the process below to pair them

1. Please reset the wireless adapter. To reset, power off the headset and plug the wireless adapter into a USB port on a PC or laptop. Once the LED on the adapter starts to blink, insert a small paper-clip into the hole on the wireless adapter.
2. Press and hold the paper-clip for approximately 10-12 seconds or until the LED stops blinking and starts again. 
3. Press and hold the power button on the headset. Do this until the headset LED either turns solid,  or blinks very rapidly and then turns solid. The adapter LED should turn solid to match, indicating the pairing is complete

If your headphones are the first generation product, you need to download the HYPERX Alpha wireless headphone firmware update program, update your wireless headphone firmware to the latest firmware, and then pair them according to the above process!
