This is a concentrated and dried dairy product with a rich milk flavor, made only from Hokkaido raw milk. Milk from Hokkaido, which contains more than 25% milk fat, has almost all the water removed and is made into a powder.
The ingredient ratio of Yotsuba Hokkaido Whole Milk Powder is almost the same as that of milk, so it can be widely used in confectionery, bread making, cooking, etc.
By using it in place of skim milk powder as a bread making ingredient, it not only enriches the milk flavor but also provides a soft texture. When using it instead of milk, use 15g of Yotsuba Hokkaido Whole Milk Powder to 100ml of water.
Milk had to be boiled for a long time to get a strong milk flavor. By adding Yotsuba Hokkaido Whole Milk Powder to milk, you can easily enhance the milk flavor.
