1. Inhalt der Garantieleistung
- Die Garantie gilt für gebrauchte, generalüberholte und neue Hardware.
- Garantiefälle betreffen ausschließlich mechanische und elektronische Defekte. Software ist von der Garantie ausgeschlossen.
- Im Garantiefall übernehmen wir nach unserer Wahl die Reparatur oder den Austausch des fehlerhaften Geräts – auch mit funktionell gleichwertigen Teilen.
- Versandkosten im Garantiefall übernimmt Bürorechner24, sofern die Lieferadresse innerhalb der EU liegt. Kunden außerhalb der EU tragen die Versandkosten selbst.
2. Voraussetzungen für die Inanspruchnahme
- Die Garantie gilt nur für bei Bürorechner24 erworbene Hardware.
- Anspruchsberechtigt sind sowohl Verbraucher (§ 13 BGB) als auch Unternehmer (§ 14 BGB).
- Der Garantiefall ist innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Kenntniserlangung schriftlich oder in Textform (z. B. E-Mail) anzuzeigen.
- Zur Inanspruchnahme benötigen wir sowohl die aktuellen Garantiebedingungen als auch den Kaufbeleg. Ohne eines der beiden Dokumente können wir Garantieleistungen ablehnen.
3. Geltungsbereich
Die Garantie gilt weltweit.
4. Dauer der Garantie
- Die Standardgarantie beträgt 12 Monate. Zusätzlich sind Verlängerungen auf bis zu 36 Monate möglich – abhängig vom Produkt und gegen Aufpreis.
- Die Garantie beginnt mit dem Rechnungsdatum und läuft unabhängig davon weiter – auch bei einer Inanspruchnahme.
5. Ausschlüsse
Garantieleistungen sind ausgeschlossen bei Schäden durch unsachgemäße Lagerung oder Nutzung, Nichtbeachtung der Bedienungsanleitung, natürlichen Verschleiß, chemische/physikalische/äußere Einwirkungen oder Reparaturen durch nicht autorisierte Dienstleister.

1. General Information
At Bürorechner24, we offer our customers a voluntary warranty on our hardware in addition to the statutory warranty rights. This voluntary warranty does not limit your statutory rights in any way. Further details about the warranty provider can be found in our legal notice (Impressum).
1. Scope of the Warranty Service
- The warranty applies to used, refurbished, and new hardware.
- Warranty cases only cover mechanical and electronic defects. Software is excluded from the warranty.
- In the event of a warranty claim, we will, at our discretion, repair the defective device or replace it – possibly with functionally equivalent parts.
- For EU addresses, shipping costs in case of a warranty claim are covered by Bürorechner24. Customers outside the EU bear the shipping costs.
2. Requirements for Claiming the Warranty
- The warranty applies only to hardware purchased from Bürorechner24.
- Both consumers and business customers are eligible to claim the warranty.
- The warranty claim must be reported within 14 days after becoming aware of the defect.
- The current warranty terms and the purchase receipt must be provided.
3. Geographical Scope
The warranty applies worldwide.
4. Warranty Period
- The standard warranty period is 12 months. Extensions up to 36 months are available, depending on the product.
- The warranty period begins on the invoice date and continues regardless of any claims.
5. Exclusions
