These three men today sought a Taft-Hartley Law injunction to end the maritime strike. From left, at New York's Federal Court, are U.S. attorney Robert M. Morgenthau; assistant attorney general William H. Orrick and Justice Department attorney Donald B. MacGuineas. They were acting under direct orders from President Kennedy.
