Freight Shipping and Liftgate Service Fee

For items that require freight shipping, please note that there is a $100 fee for liftgate service if the delivery location does not have the means to unload the item (such as a forklift or loading dock). If liftgate service is required, please inform us prior to shipping so we can adjust the total accordingly.

Condition: All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were received. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
