SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

We ship 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.  We offer USPS Parcel Post, USPS Priority Mail, and UPS Ground shipping.  We offer DHL and USPS international shipping worldwide.  Packages take between 10 to 35 days to reach international customers.  This timeframe includes the time spent going through customs.  

If you are an international buyer, you may want to inquire about customs fees in your country before you make a purchase.   You are fully responsible for paying customs fees in your country.  Customs fees are not shipping fees.   We will not pay your customs fees.   We do not profit from shipping costs.  We combine shipping as much as possible.           

If you receive a damaged domestic or international package please keep the box and the damaged item for insurance purposes.  Please contact us immediately so we can file a damage claim for you.  Less than 1% of the packages that we ship are damaged or lost by the post office.   When packages are damaged, the damage is usually only to the box and does not reach the item which is packed with foam peanuts and bubble wrap.  

 

RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns on any product.  All of our orders are packed by people and checked for accuracy three times before shipping.  If you do receive an incorrect product, please contact us immediately.  We will ask you to send the incorrect item back to us and we will replace it with the correct product.  Please don't hesitate to ask all questions before buying an item.  Please read the full description before buying any item.
