This a unbuilt never built never ridden nos frame. I have been the only owner ever, I got this from a shop I worked at in the mid 90’s in Santa Cruz. I always intended on building up and riding but have never got around to it. I also have some period correct Phil wood hubs 36 hole brand new that may be of interest if buying this frame.
