We do not have on hand inventory, unless it's an extra print off a plate or a canceled order. As such, all miniatures are made to order in the order they are received and during busy seasons could take 20-30 business days to fulfill.

What to expect: 

Not all models are printed in one piece or designed to be. The contents will be packaged in multiple components to prevent damage during shipping. IE: Wings, arms, and weapons that offer a chance of being damaged during transport do tend to print separately. Modular models are printed and expected to be assembled from the pieces provided.

Bases are not printed attached to models unless they are designed to be. This does not only help in preventing breakage but makes painting the miniatures easier as well.

Your figure will be 3D printed in resin. 98% of the time it'll be gray, unless our supplier runs out. If you'd like a different color, you'll have to make a request in your notes, and it might cause a delay in production if not mentioned ahead of time. 

When printed, models are cleaned of supports, washed in alcohol, and then cured. The curing process itself may cause slight variations in larger pieces in how they line up, as will heat exposure. Some cleaning, sanding, and assembly may still be required, as well as gap filling. You can find Green Stuff by Army Painter at your local hobby store or on Amazon to assist in that.

 Scale:

True scale is the measurement of a six-foot male human standing in a T Pose measured from foot to eye. If it's 32mm, a male human standing upright will measure 32mm to the eye. Everything else in the world surrounding that lone human is made proportional to that. If you order a 54mm ogre, it will not be 54mm tall. It will be 4 inches tall. Because that is how tall an ogre would be next to a human measured 54mm to the eye. What scale does not reflect on, on any other creature/humanoid, is base size, total height, or shoe size.

Truescale creators represented on the store outside kickstarters are as follows: Beast Miniatures, Archvillain Games, Clay Cyanide, Dragon Trappers Lodge, Epic Miniatures, Flesh of Gods, Rescale Miniatures, Lost Kingdom, Hardwitch Games, Printed Obsession, and White Werewolf Tavern. Ritual Casting is true scale but are diorama models. Witchsong are truescale models but are designed to be gargantuan size models next to a human ranging from 4-15 inches in height.

Heroic scale: Heroic scale is an artistic design and cannot be converted to true scale, nor true scale converted to heroic. Heroic models are made with bigger heads, armor pieces, weapons, feet and chest. It has a slightly cartoonish look and is meant to be a more fun exciting miniature to use/paint. Heroic miniatures, as such, stand 3-5mm taller than their truescale counterparts.

If you order truescale figures, heroic miniatures will be taller and make the others look too small in comparison. If you want to keep them consistent, you may need to order a size smaller or reach out and request height changes. If you already have a heroic scale model, and you order truescale from the creators above, you will think you got a smaller scale and that is not the case.

If you have a question about individual model sizes, please reach out before making your purchase to avoid any unnecessary confusion upon receiving your models. As a side note: the more it costs, the bigger it will be. If no scale is listed, it?s printed at the creator?s chosen scale, but alterations can be made to decrease or increase sizes for your specific needs.

Combined Shipping: It will automatically combine shipping at checkout. If it seems high, there may be an error in weight and you can message to ask, but in the end, the weight is what determines how much it?ll cost to ship, and it adds up. If you have set it to automatically pay, you?ll have difficulty getting the combined rate. And if you buy it now and it takes you to a pay screen, exit out before hitting the payment button and go to your next item.
