 In most cases, I mail the same day or the day after receiving payment. I have no control over the time it takes for the post office to deliver to your door. I do mail books media mail which could take up to 2 weeks or more to arrive. If you are not happy with this, please ask for a quote for priority mail.

If you receive your package with a "DO NOT BEND" stamp and it has been folded or bent, take to your local post office. I pay higher rates for this service to insure your package arrives undamaged.
