Typically orders received before 2pm Monday – Friday, regardless of their destination are dispatched the same day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday, on a Bank Holiday or during the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
UK expedited orders and those over £50 are usually delivered within 1-3 working days, whereas lesser value orders can be expected to arrive within 5 working days, however delays can sometimes occur, if you have not received your goods within these times please contact us via the eBay message centre.
International orders are shipped with a variety of carriers dependent upon size, weight, value and destination, in each case a tracking number will be available. We expect goods to arrive within 10 working days but on some occasions, delays can occur with local customs, please track the tracking and if no update has been logged in the last 2 days please contact us via eBay message centre.

In the event that your goods are no longer required you are welcome to return them, at your own expense, unused and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We suggest sending your goods on a tracked service as proof of postage cannot be considered as proof of delivery.
