This is a used vintage pinback button. This is a celluloid covered 2" diameter with open pin on back, and was made by St. Louis Button Co.  This pinback commemorates the 1958 Central States Shrine Associations 1958 Ceremonial Session in St Louis.   Closure is open pin.  There are no off odors.
