**Important**
- We can imprint up to 24 characters per line, capital letters count as two and spaces count as one character.
- We print our napkins using a premade type set that consists of English characters only, so we unfortunately aren’t able to print orders containing letters with accents. (If you have concerns or questions about any special characters, feel free to contact us!)
- We process orders within 24 hours of receiving personalization info, so if you realize you’d like to make a change to your order, please keep this in mind and contact us as soon as possible.
- We may need to contact you with further questions about your personalization info, so please make sure to look out for any messages from us.
