This is an original GM 1993 GMC Medium Duty Truck Chassis Warranty and Owner Assistance Information booklet #X-9319.  This booklet is in very good condition and is like new never used (see photos).  Measures 8-1/4" X 5-1/4" X 1/8".  Found in an old closed dealership.
