The original Wena active strap has been replaced with the regular version because it is no longer rechargeable due to aging. The regular version does not have the limited edition serial number engraved on it. Please note that there is no warranty coverage for malfunction caused by over-discharge of the wena.

Please be aware that this model may become inoperative if the battery has been over-discharged. Therefore, there is a possibility that the replacement standard strap may not function upon arrival due to battery over-discharge. Thank you for your understanding and consideration before purchase.

■Shipping

We always send the item with a tracking number. So please place an order without any concern on delivery. You can always track the delivery status.

Shipping is only available to the address registered in eBay. If you want us to send another address, please change your address on eBay and then place an order.

Shipping is available from Monday to Friday. Weekends are not available because freight (shipping) companies are closed.

We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – Japan, US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

■Terms of Sale

We can accept return within 60 days after you receive it. Please make sure to contact us first if you want to return it. It is the buyer's responsibility for the return shipping cost when sending back the item to us. The item has to be returned in the original condition from the time you received it. No returns on products that show any shreds of evidence of use.

■About Importer's Obligation

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
