This plate bolts to the block, and holds the cam from moving forward, also routes the oil from the LH lifter gallery to the RH gallery. Includes seal as shown. This is the 2nd design (current) cam retainer plate, which uses the beveled underhead bolts. Those bolts are included with your purchase of this retainer.
