I believe this vase is incorrectly marked. I believe that someone marked it, Kew Blas.  From research and talking with others, I believe this is a vintage Orient and Flume vase that someone ground the mark off and put on the Kew Blas mark.  The other mark is indicative of an Orient and Flume piece. The style is also indicative of Orient and Flume. 

This vase has gold and green pulled feathers designed with pink iridescent. It is signed and dated on the bottom (see photos).

This vase measures 7" tall.

There are no chips or cracks. There are some flaws in the glass (see photos).
