A cup of hot water (not boiling, around 70–80°C / 160–175°F)
A mirror
Tongs or a spoon to handle the hot material

Instructions

Heat a cup of water (do not boil).
The water should be hot enough to soften the fitting material (usually white plastic inside the teeth).
Step 2: Soften the Veneers
Place the upper or lower veneer into the hot water for 30–60 seconds.
Watch the fitting strip inside turn clear or soft — this means it’s ready to mold.
Step 3: Fit to Your Teeth
Carefully remove the veneer from the water using tongs or a spoon.
Place it gently over your teeth (start with the upper or lower).
Press slightly and use your fingers to shape the mold behind your real teeth.
Use a mirror to check alignment and make sure it sits naturally.
Step 4: Let It Cool
After shaping, remove from your mouth and let it cool in cold water for 1 minute.
The plastic will harden in the shape of your teeth.
Step 5: Try It On
Once cooled and set, place the veneer back over your teeth.
Adjust for comfort; if too tight or loose, repeat the heating and fitting process.
